For many, the consumption of erotic, pornographic imagery is a guilty pleasure, sullied by our modern self- awareness of the impropriety of sexual objectification—treating humans as objects—inert, silenced, something to be owned.  

SKIN DEEP IS A SERIES OF ABSTRACT WORKS THAT reinvigorate our visceral appreciation of the male body by transforming objectionable, illicit content into beautiful, mixed media collages. Using compositions of shape, form, and color, indecency is obscured so that we may celebrate the allure inherent to the human form.
